A National Trust owned and run property set in the Lincolnshire countryside.
We were commissioned to carry out historical repairs to this Grade 1 listed English country home; as well as modern plaster work throughout the latest renovation.
The historical repairs were extensive and included reinstating historical lath and plaster ceiling and walls, reed ceilings and walls, patching and making good lime plaster. As well as producing new mix specification for lime ask plaster floors and the completion of floor repairs and reinstatement work.
New Kitchens were plastered as well as offices and public areas, including all insulation work, fire lining and soundproofing as required. The new Stables Café was in a poor state when we first arrived at the building.
But with a layer of plaster and a coat of paint the area was transformed.
